Type letters, reports, documents, and other official correspondence accurately and efficiently. Enter and update data in computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Proofread documents to correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors. Prepare and maintain records, files, and official documents in an organized manner.

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain records, files, and official documents in an organized manner
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents
• Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing tasks as required
