What you'll do

• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy including but not limited to calculation and verification of income & assets, evaluation of credit reports
• Evaluate debt & loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation and various other factors
• Identify saleability issues, potential fraud and portfolio risks based on trends, red flags, and client’s business practices

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
