About the role
The Underwriting Support Associate provides administrative and analytical support to Underwriters. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate documentation and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders and teams enabling underwriters to make informed decisions.
What you'll do
- Support underwriting team with evidence requirements
- Track the status of applications and policies to ensure timely processing
- Act as a liaison between agents, clients, policy servicing team and underwriters, providing updates and clarifications
- Addressing sales queries timely within agreed SLA
- Generate, analyze, and distribute regular MIS reports (e.g., productivity, quality scores, pending cases, turnaround times
