About the role

The Unit Head – Credit Administration is responsible for leading and overseeing the checker function within the Credit Administration team for SME and Wholesale Banking portfolios. The role ensures accurate verification of credit documentation, compliance with approved sanction terms, adherence to regulatory and internal policies, effective risk management, and timely processing within defined service levels.

What you'll do

• Responsible for leading and overseeing the checker function within the Credit Administration team for SME and Wholesale Banking portfolios
• Manage and mentor team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment of team objectives with organizational goals
• Verify sanction letters, loan documents, security documents, and mortgage creation documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved credit terms
• Review executed documents and authorize limit setup instructions in accordance with the Bank's policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with the Legal Department to obtain guidance and support document customization requirements wherever necessary
