About the role

India, MAHARASHTRA, Pune, Pune Corporate Office - HO, Megapolis Drive end-to-end execution, delivery governance, testing oversight, and production readiness for customer-facing in-store DIY QR journeys. Ensure business requirements are translated into executable deliverables, project milestones are tracked effectively, risks and dependencies are proactively managed, testing is completed within agreed timelines, and production issues are resolved promptly.

What you'll do

Drive day-to-day execution of QR DIY journey initiatives across multiple workstreams and releases
Maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, , and implementation dashboards
Track delivery progress against committed timelines and escalate delays proactively
Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions
Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams
