SDM must foster a culture of adaptability, embracing agile methodologies, and ensuring the team can swiftly respond to changes in requirements, team composition, and external pressures, maintaining productivity and morale.

What you'll do

• Create a comprehensive solution document ensuring all test cases are covered
• Prepare the program specification document (Low-Level Design - LLD)
• Ensure the LLD is implemented correctly into the code by the team
• Ensure that code documentation is done by the team
• Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards
