What you'll do

• Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix
• Keeping delinquency under control - Compliance of policy and processes –
• Keep a close watch on quality Approval, Disbursal & correct Rejection
• Solve SFDC related issues along with Team and preparing PPT for PLCS U/w deck
• Manage the team efficiently and maintain the low attrition in team
