What you'll do

• Conduct investigations into allegations such as harassment, fraud, etc.
• Undertake disciplinary actions in consultation with senior stakeholders and implement them as per the prescribed guidelines
• Ensure regular shop-floor interactions and maintain consistent connects with employees at all levels, including off-roll employees and trainees
• Review employee engagement scores and support function heads in developing action plans based on the results
• Provide inputs for evaluating reward nominations by assessing the business impact to support the decision-making process
