Assist in preparation of the Detailed Master Plan for the Township
Support preparation of land-use plans, zoning proposals, development control strategies and phasing plans
Assist in developing access and movement strategies, street hierarchy and land-use–transport integration in coordination with the planning team
Prepare and analyse existing and proposed land-use, infrastructure, social amenities and development potential
Support planning for mixed-use development, housing, commercial/tourism areas, public amenities and open spaces/blue-green networks
