About the role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an E-commerce Seller Support Process in Pune. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing effective support and assistance to sellers/customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive service experience. This position is strictly open to local candidates residing in Pune. Candidates willing to relocate need not apply.

What you'll do

• Handle seller/customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
• Deliver professional and effective customer support through the assigned communication channels
• Understand customer or seller concerns and resolve queries within the defined process guidelines
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Handle escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions
