About the role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our automation company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, explaining automation products/solutions, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth
• Objectives of the role
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings
