About the role

The HR Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations across SRET’s verticals, supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee records, training, and performance review processes.

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment from requisition through scheduling and documentation
• Apply consistent hiring processes across teams
• Maintain candidate records and follow up on joining formalities
• Complete joining formalities and collect and verify documents
• Organize induction sessions and orientation materials
