About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused Presales Executive to support wholesale and retail sales for an FMCG dealer in Chennai. You will respond to enquiries, understand customer needs, present products and pricing, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up consistently to help convert qualified leads into orders.

What you'll do

  • Lead Handling & Response: Respond promptly to enquiries received by phone, WhatsApp, email, website, marketplaces, and walk-ins
  • Convert quotations into confirmed orders and obtain advance or payment confirmation
  • Reporting: Share customer feedback and market insights, support field sales colleagues, and submit daily and weekly lead, follow-up, quotation, and closure reports
