Urgently Required Pre Sales Executive for a FMCG Dealer in Chennai - ( Job ID - 24571)

About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused Presales Executive to support wholesale and retail sales. You will respond to enquiries, understand customer needs, present products and pricing, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up consistently to help convert qualified leads into orders.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to enquiries received by phone, WhatsApp, email, website, marketplaces and walk-ins
• Qualify prospects by understanding buyer type, quantity, budget, delivery location and purchase timeline; record complete details in the CRM
• Explain product specifications, pack sizes, minimum order quantities, pricing, applicable certifications and benefits clearly
• Prepare and share quotations, price lists, catalogs and proposals tailored to wholesale or retail customers
• Maintain CRM lead stages, call notes, follow-up dates and deal records; keep the sales pipeline current and prepare activity reports
