US Bookkeeper

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented US Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in US bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online (QBO), financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations .

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for US-based clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements , and other financial reports
• Perform bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations
• Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
