US Data Products Solution Architect - RDT Pharma Medicines

About the role

We are looking for a Hands-on Data Architecture & Delivery Lead to define and lead the architecture of the data solution for our US Commercial pharma business. You will set the technical direction for how commercial data (claims, sales, specialty pharmacy, payer, CRM, patient services) is ingested, governed, modeled, and served to analytics, AI, and field-facing applications.

What you'll do

• Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions
• Documents and evolves the architecture throughout the product life cycle and aligns with the architecture community for governance
• Applies frameworks in a Complex or Multiple Solution or Product Context
• Technical delivery owner, managing sprint velocity and engineering output alongside their architectural duties
• Designing data pipelines, complex data modeling (Veeva, HCP, claims), AWS infrastructure decisions, and technical code reviews
