About the role

Act as a strategic HR partner to US business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes. Drive employee relations initiatives, handle grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with US labor laws.

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to US business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for manpower planning, hiring strategy, and succession planning
• Support compensation planning, promotions, role changes, and workforce restructuring activities
