About the role
We are looking for a driven, high-performing US IT/Non-IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience. We need a resilient recruiter who thrives in repetitive, high-volume requirement cycles without getting burnt out, and who possesses deep, hands-on expertise in US tax terms, visa compliance, direct client engagements, and US geography.
What you'll do
- Manage complete lifecycle US recruitment for diverse IT and Non-IT roles from sourcing to onboarding
- Source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and advanced Boolean search strings
