About the role

And now, we are on the lookout for Underwriters to perform comprehensive QC reviews on closed residential mortgage loans across multiple loan types while ensuring strict compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

• Conduct end-to-end QC validation including income, assets, credit, collateral, compliance, and closing documentation
• Identify underwriting, documentation, and compliance deficiencies
• Ensure findings are accurately documented with clear root-cause analysis
• Agency and Investor guidelines
• Federal and State mortgage regulations

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Underwriting
• Credit appraisal
• Compliance
• Audit
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
