US Mortgage Underwriting Manager

And now, we are on the lookout for Manager - Underwriting , who can m anage day-to-day operations of a team of underwriters/QC analysts, to perform comprehensive QC reviews on closed residential mortgage loans across multiple loan types while ensuring strict compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

• Team & People Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of a team of underwriters/QC analysts
• Hire, onboard, and train new underwriters; build and maintain training curriculum
• Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and calibration sessions to ensure consistent underwriting/QC decisions across the team
• Manage rosters, shift planning, and capacity against pipeline volume

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Underwriting
• Credit appraisal
• Power BI
• Excel
• Reporting

• B.Com or BBA
