About the role
This role provides paralegal-level corporate and litigation support for FME's US legal matters from the GBS India Legal Center of Excellence in Bangalore, handling matter administration, entity/compliance administration, contract execution support and litigation support tasks under the direction of US-based attorneys.
What you'll do
- Matter & Case Administration
- Post documents to the legal tracker and other matter-management systems
- Open new cases/matters and set up corresponding legal tracker records
- Support onboarding of outside counsel
- Support vendor setup for settlement payments
