US Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities and support day-to-day purchasing operations for US-based requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoice management, preferably supporting US clients or processes.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and order tracking
• Source and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, availability, and delivery timelines
• Obtain and compare quotations and support cost-saving initiatives and negotiations
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor information, and purchase documentation
• Coordinate with Finance/AP teams for invoice verification, three-way matching, and payment-related queries
