About the role

The Technical Lead for US Targeting, Recommendation, Optimization & Measurement (TROM) provides technical leadership for data, analytics, and technology capabilities that enable more effective targeting, personalized recommendations, optimization, and measurement across the US organization. This role serves as a bridge between business strategy, data science, engineering, analytics, and technology delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design and delivery of targeting, recommendation, optimization, and measurement capabilities
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans
• Provide technical leadership across data pipelines, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and analytical/ML solutions
• Guide engineering teams on architecture, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and operational readiness
• Partner with data scientists to productionize and scale machine learning and recommendation models
