US Tax Manager (WFH) at Accounting Baba. Accounting & Compliance.
What you'll do
- Review bookkeeping, reconcile accounts and prepare accurate financial statements
- Manage filing deadlines, extensions, client documentation and responses to IRS notices
- Prepare and submit US business tax returns and information filings, including Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120-S
- Handle foreign-owned disregarded entity filings, including Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120, as applicable
- Prepare and submit individual income tax returns for US citizens and nonresident individuals, including Forms 1040 and 1040-NR, as applicable
