US Trainee Recruiter - Dehradun

About the role

As a US Recruiter based in Dehradun, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top-tier talent within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Your responsibilities will involve managing the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying needs through to onboarding candidates, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define the role requirements for various healthcare positions
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs

What you need
