What you'll do

• Contract requirements, deliverables, and key methodologies such as performance measures, productivity achievement, and invoicing
• Security / privacy obligations that must be operationalized outside of standard processes and controls
• Summarize and re-state individual contract obligations in non-legal terminology that can be clearly understood and actioned by business delivery leaders
• Collaborate and build relationships with legal, delivery, and commercial teams to clarify, interpret
• Leverage customized tools / platforms for obligations tracking

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
