UX - Designer - Insurance (LY-CR01)

About the role

In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the UX design process , from user research and defining user journeys to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and working closely with stakeholders and developers to bring thoughtful solutions to life. Conduct user research to gain insights into users’ behaviors, needs, and preferences.

What you'll do

• Conduct user research to gain insights into users’ behaviors, needs, and preferences
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers to define user personas and user journeys
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and interactions
• Develop information architectures and navigation structures for optimal user experiences
