UX Writer (Growth)

About the role

We are hiring a UX Writer into the growth team to own those words. This is a conversion-focused writing role, not a product documentation one. You will write and test the copy across our website, landing pages, lifecycle email, paid campaigns, pricing pages and upgrade flows, and you will be measured on what the copy does to the numbers.

What you'll do

• Own the copy across all growth surfaces: homepage, product and feature pages, campaign landing pages, pricing page, comparison pages, and the signup and upgrade flows
• Write lifecycle and marketing email: onboarding sequences, activation nudges, trial and upgrade prompts, win-back, feature announcements and newsletters
• Write ad and social copy for paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and keep iterating on the variants that perform
• Build campaign and partner landing pages with design and performance marketing, and ship them without waiting on engineering
• Run copy experiments and own the test backlog for words: headlines, value propositions, CTAs, form length, pricing framing, social proof placement
