What you'll do

• Create, update and maintain digital spare parts catalogue and other technical documentation using appropriate authoring tools
• Translate field-service practices, engineering information and product knowledge into clear and executable service procedures
• Collect, evaluate and validate technical inputs including 3D models, BOMs, service data and product information
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Service, Product Management, Business Areas and external vendors to resolve technical queries and ensure completeness of inputs
• Develop strong knowledge of vacuum products, service processes, configurations and field-service requirements

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Documentation
• Technical writing
• SAP
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• ERP
