Valuations Quality Control (QC)

About the role

The Team Lead – Valuations Quality Control is responsible for leading a team of Quality Control Analysts who audit completed residential Appraisal Reports and Broker Price Opinions (BPOs). This role ensures that all valuation reports meet client requirements, investor guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations before delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QC Analysts
• Monitor daily workload and allocate assignments based on priorities and capacity
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
• Provide constructive feedback and create development plans for team members
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
