About the role
We are looking for an experienced Veeva PromoMats Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, administration, and business process optimization activities within the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient management of promotional material review, approval, digital asset management, and regulatory compliance processes
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Promotional Review & Approval (PRC/MLR) processes
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state business processes
- Configure and maintain PromoMats objects, document types, workflows, lifecycles, security, and metadata
- Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes within PromoMats
- Define and optimize promotional content approval workflows
What you need
