About the role

The Vendor Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, tracking ongoing projects, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and driving operational efficiency within the assigned category.

What you'll do

  • Vendor Coordination & Management
  • Coordinate with all assigned vendors on a daily basis
  • Ensure daily sync-ups to track project progress and resolve issues proactively
  • Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and operational commitments
  • Escalate delays or deviations to relevant stakeholders
