Vendor Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and drive the daily performance of our onsite teams and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will ensure strong process adherence, timely follow-ups, and high operational quality while maintaining accurate system updates and reports.

What you'll do

• Monitor and track the daily performance of onsite teams and vendors against defined KPIs
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned tasks and escalations
• Enforce process and compliance adherence across operations
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that work meets required standards
• Update internal systems and trackers regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
