Verbal Faculty

About the role

Faculty members are educators who have the primary responsibility of preparing students for the tests required for global education (SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT and IELTS/PTE/TOEFL). The faculty members are entrusted with the responsibility of fulfilling the mission, vision, values, strategic plan and the educational philosophy of the organisation.

What you'll do

• Use personal experience & prescribed pedagogy to drive student learning as required for the specific course
• Integrate real-life situations into learning experiences to encourage critical thinking
• Provide timely & constructive feedback on mock/full-length tests to students to drive continuous improvement in knowledge & scores
• Identify & use appropriate training aids to enhance the student experience and learning outcomes
• Recommend improvements in curriculum, pedagogy, learning aids, teaching assignments, etc., wherever necessary

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
• Teaching
• Communication
• Any graduate
