About the role

• Greet Rangareddy customers and assist with product and service enquiries
• Explain pricing, plans, features, and after-sales support clearly
• Promote and cross-sell Vodafone Idea products and offers
• Process transactions and handle billing accurately
• Ensure proper stock display and manage merchandise returns
