- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant goals (production targets, quality, compliance)
- Act as a key member of the plant leadership team
- Ensure workforce planning aligned with manpower budgets, shift requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles: production, QC, QA, engineering, warehouse, EHS, R&D support
