Vice President - Customer Success, Services and GTM Operations

About the role

This executive will be responsible for aligning India’s GTM strategy with Seismic’s global priorities, building scalable organizational capability, and leading the next phase of growth across Customer Success, Renewals, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Implementation, Technical Account Management, Project Management, and other GTM functions as the organization expands.

What you'll do

• Own the India GTM leadership mandate and translate global business priorities into a clear India strategy, operating model, and execution plan
• Partner with the India Managing Director / President, CRO, and global GTM leaders to align India capability with global customer, revenue, retention
• Lead and develop India based GTM leaders across Services, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Renewals, Implementation, TAM, Project Management, and adjacent functions
• Build a scalable leadership structure and operating rhythm that supports current priorities while preparing the organization for future expansion
• Create strong accountability across capacity planning, delivery readiness, customer outcomes, retention, renewal execution, operational health, and talent development
