Vice President/Director - Investment Banking

About the role

They should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A and capital raising transactions
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor
• Oversee financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Drive preparation of pitches, marketing materials, and investor outreach
• Coordinate due diligence and negotiation processes across stakeholders
