Vice President- Finance Process Excellence

About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the financial accounting & reporting team to support and contribute to the management, reporting and driving process excellence agenda for the MUFG’s bank and Securities Americas Finance. This includes completion of financial statements ensuring to be most accurate, complete and timely.

What you'll do

• Provide expert advice for process excellence against all Americas finance streams (FP&A, Financial Accounting and reporting, Account Payable, Regulatory Reporting, SOX
• Process Improvement and creating efficiency: Optimize financial tools and processes post-migration to drive automation and efficiency within the captive. Align similar…
• Lead the identification and execution of synergies between Bank and Securities Finance teams, including operating model design, functional alignment, and team integration
• Act as a strategic partner to senior Finance leadership across Bank and Securities, influencing decision-making and driving alignment on the target operating model
• Lead process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across Americas Finance functions
