What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end centralized Trade Finance operations, Fulfilment, and Service delivery across India branches, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience
• Enhance operational processes, fulfilment and servicing procedures, impart training, and facilitate standardization programs to improve quality, efficiency
• Align with regional strategy, execute operating models and capacity planning to support business growth, regulatory compliance, operational excellence
• Partner with senior leaders across operations, business, and risk to address client needs, enable new business initiatives, and advance strategic priorities
• Maintain a robust risk, control, and governance framework; act as the senior escalation point for significant operational, regulatory, client, and control matters
