Fully task manages the Mumbai IR team that involves coordinating the team to prepare deliverables in time to meet reporting cycle deadlines without delay Differentiate themselves as a critical member of the IR Mumbai team in carrying out more complex subject matter expert workstreams with little help and intervention from senior team members

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted voice to the internal SRM & IR Team on materials, investor focus areas, and fund data
• Help manage underperforming candidates to bring them in line with expectations for their grade
