About the role
The EDRC Head will be responsible for leading the Engineering, Design, and Research & Development functions across KP Group. This role will drive innovation, optimize engineering processes, ensure design excellence, and support business growth through advanced technical solutions in renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the long-term vision for Engineering, Design, and R&D functions
- Align engineering strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans
- Lead innovation initiatives to enhance competitiveness and technical capabilities
- Engineering & Design Management
- Oversee end-to-end engineering and design activities for all projects
What you need
- 25–30 yrs of experience
