About the role

The Vice President is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through new client acquisition, strategic account management, and long-term client retention. The incumbent will lead business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable experiential marketing solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target industry sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead end-to-end pitch management, including opportunity assessment, solution development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure
• Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
