Responsible for achieving the National/Regional Sales target for MICE - Top line and EBIT Continue to drive key metrics for the business and increasing in productivity Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members Explore areas of automation and improvement in the MICE business Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong numerical aptitude

What you'll do

• Responsible for achieving the National/Regional Sales target for MICE - Top line and EBIT
• Drive sales through national/regional teams and enable them to achieve the set targets
• Responsible to set a strong team structure in place to deliver the allocated sales numbers
• Conduct periodical reviews (region wise) of the sales to drive progress
• Ensuring cross fertilization of processes between branches
