Vice President - Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Vice President – Operations to lead and strengthen the organization's end-to-end operational excellence across all business locations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain and service operations, ensuring profitability, implementing standardized processes, and building a high-performance operations culture.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all hubs and business units
• Ensure seamless execution of operational activities while maintaining service quality and efficiency
• Drive operational performance through effective planning, monitoring, and execution
• Develop operational strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution

What you need
