Vice President- Projects

About the role

The Vice President- Projects will lead the Projects and New Store Openings function, taking ownership of end-to-end project execution from initial planning and budgeting through construction, commissioning and store handover. The role will be responsible for delivering projects within defined timelines, approved budgets and quality standards while building scalable processes to support the organisation's expansion plans.

What you'll do

• Translate business expansion plans into project roadmaps, resource plans and execution timelines across brands and locations
• Lead new store openings, renovations and fit-outs from site handover to commissioning and operational handover
• Oversee project budgets, BOQs, estimation, billing, vendor negotiations and cost control to ensure adherence to approved budgets
• Partner with Retail Design to ensure design compliance, execution quality, safety standards and timely snag closure
