About the role

We are seeking a Lead Deal Originator to own the end-to-end deal lifecycle for our comprehensive enterprise finance suite under Yubi Markets. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions for SMEs, MSMEs, and large corporates (both listed and unlisted).

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a targeted origination strategy to build a robust pipeline within the SME, MSME, and large corporate segments
• Coordinate the flow of information, facilitate due diligence, and advocate for the transaction while ensuring adherence to credit policy
• Process Management: Manage the entire execution timeline, coordinating with external advisors (legal, Lenders, Insti Investors) and internal teams (legal, compliance
• Develop deep expertise in the nuanced needs of SME, MSME, and large corporate clients
• Structure bespoke solutions by blending different products from our suite (e.g., combining a term loan with supply chain finance)
