What you'll do

• Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds
• Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats
• Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept
• Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story
• Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
