Video Editor, Performance Ads (e-comm)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor with hands-on experience producing high-converting e-commerce advertising content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. In this role, you will transform creative briefs, product assets, and user-generated content into compelling video advertisements designed to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.

What you'll do

• Produce a consistent weekly volume of original advertising concepts and hook variations, with targets agreed upon during the first week
• Edit and optimize user-generated content (UGC), creator footage, product demonstrations, product photography
• Create AI-generated advertising content from scratch, including virtual presenters, synthetic voices, generated scenes, and other AI-assisted visual elements
• Combine traditional editing techniques with AI-powered creative workflows to produce high-quality, authentic, and persuasive advertising content
• Develop and test different creative formats, including problem-solution videos, testimonials, unboxing content, founder stories, competitive comparisons
