  • As a key member of the unit leadership team, you will help create the conditions for people and business to grow together
  • Partner with the Unit Manager and leadership team on all People & Culture topics
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Unit People & Culture team to ensure a great co-worker experience
  • Support leaders in building strong teams and developing leadership capabilities that meet current and future business needs
  • Drive competence development by working with managers to identify opportunities for learning, growth, and performance improvement
